Mordheim Mansion

We finally finished our first building. My brother "Mo!" sculpted the building and i painted and made some details.
Please tell us what you guys think about it

Are those walls commercial models or did you carved the briks on foamboard?

And if so, how did you get the rough texture?

Looks awesome! I love the walls. The top of the tower looks a little weird to me though.

My brother builded it... i just painted. But i believe the walls where commercial... and the texture... is "Structure paint" (translated from dutch... so i dont know if this word is also used in english), but it's paint with Sand in it for on walls.

Yep I bought the brickwall in strips (2 pieces in blister) in a train model shop for about 4 euro.

The rest is a pringles tube, the top of a plastic tower, wood, foamcore, mordheimbitz and wall paint with wallfiller in it.

Thank you. I'll buy wallfiller paint and add a layer to stirofoam bricks to see the results.

Don't know yet... it's our first "Home Made" building for mordheim... so we have to make lot's more

But i think i would like an armory (guardhouse) sort of thing!

Being EVER SO SLOW on the uptake, I missed the "first building" part; that makes the Mansion EVEN better. You might consider making the next building of a type that would compliment/logically be in the same area as the Mansion. Your armory idea or a chapel or maybe a once fancy shop would be cool.

Yeah it was our first But i think a guardhouse would be a cool next project... But i have to see what my brother thinks!

Ya a guardhouse with a fightpit/trainingground/firerange sorta thing! Ill get right to it!
