Nice paintjob! Also interesting model...can't really make out what the headpieces is supposed to be. Is it Egyptian? Is it some scrolls?! Or just a cloth?

I think it's some kind of women's bonnet, emphasizing the numerous virtues that this pretty woman is undoubtedly endowed with.

I think it's a conversion from the Ogroid Thaumaturge figure from the Warhammer Quest box...

The Dragon Ogre has a lower body from the mount from the Chaos Lord on Karkadrak set and an upper body from the Ogroid Thaumaturge from the Silver Tower.
