| nice work man! but is it for 40k or Warhammer? because if its for warhammer, the imperial eagle is a bit strange then but it does look cool! | |

| seriously! how many boxed sets did you open up for this?! I see parts from roughly every thing GW has released! hahah
I like the general appearance, and the Imperial eagle might work when painted correctly... but just one little thing bugs me... The chimney! it's an awesome piece, naturally, but what is it doing there? it's next to a door, there's no obvious heat source near it, there is no reel need for a chimney on a temple..... so.. you might want to reconsider using that chimney on another building on which it would look stunning!?

| I am going to put a little fireplace/oven in the corner of the top floor and a bed or table - Kind of a priests room above the chapel and the space below it is a window (opening doesnt go all the way to the ground) I will be making fragments of "stained glass" to go in the windows after it is painted.... As to the eagle - I had some wooden doors to go there but I felt the decorative eagle looked nicer. As to it being an imperial eagle well - sure it is also a roman eagle and the bird is a pretty universal symbol - in this case though I am going to paint it black like a crow - which is one of the symbols associated with Morr (and Nurghul, and Tzeentch (raven) - which is what inspired me to add a demonic face to the upper level - Ill add a little rot and such up there too, I like the ideas of hidden corruption....)
As to the kits used - to say my bitz box is extensive is an understatement. For scenery I have leftovers from 2 imperial sectors, 3 mighty fortresses and more than one of the big WFB building sets (though I dont remember what is actually all there because I just threw it all in a big box together when I got it). I also have a bunch of pieces of the metal arcane architecture which is where I will get the furniture for this and other pieces I am working on.

| WOW, you're starting to accumulate quite a nice sized collection of bits & bob; well on the way to passing the Vault of Pack-Rattiness. With the addition of the fireplace, the chapel all comes together nicely. It has a certain morbid charm about it that's VERY appropriate for the deity it venerates . NICELY DONE! | |

COOL! I look forward to seeing your handiwork. I keep trying to picture a Priest of Morr inhabiting the Chapel, & I keep coming up with Marty Feldman in his Igor attire from Young Frankenstein.

| He's one of Heresy's minis www.heresyminiatures.com ; he's the Igor part of their take on their Frankenstein trio. Since you liked the Marty Feldman idea, I thought you MIGHT like this little sucker. | |
