Maudeheim & Environs, Part III: Updated 11/04/24

Mostly they are silly. I can identify.

It took a couple of days, but the new buildings now have roofs. I let the clay dry for a day or two; then they will get a coat of workable fixative & the white over black treatment:








Slowly getting there...wherever that is.

With the groundwork well underway, the place is starting to look more colorful:








AND some toxic waste for good measure:

I got some work in on Toil & Trouble AND more or less finished The Cauldron:




I finished unpacking the last of the boxes from The Move. I found the Faerie Tree Tavern. I thought it might work well with The Swamp villages. It now has a fresh coat of Foam Putty in preparation for clay & stuff:

I have not unpacked everything from the last move 5 years ago, but I might just be repacking soon.

It pays not to rush into the unpacking thing; re, one never knows when a timely exit is in order.

I finished painting up SpellCrow's Goblin with Huge Mushrooms, a guardian
Mushroom & supporting cast mushrooms yesterday. Cowering under the mushroom cap he is intent on stealing, the Goblin is a bit hard to see:

I started on some new SpellCrow minis; Halfling (possible town crier) with Pig, & Goblin Bard with backup vocal Dog:
