Wow! They rapidly grow like....fungus...

The population is mushrooming indeed!

SO the latest Gang of Mushrooms is based & base coated, ready for some color. For a somewhat different presentation, I took the photos of the Guys in their white on black base coats on the still white on black Twisted Tower photo stage:














The cigarette holder a la FDR was Corsair's inspired idea.

Thanks, Gatlag. One of the Reaper Guys, Corsair, thought he would look good with a cigarette holder. THEN it occurred to me that he, the Mushroom that is, reminded me of FDR. SO I had to add the cigarette holder.

Thanks, Rhydderch. I have just started painting the Mushrooms again. The first one approaching completion is the upset looking one with the vulture perched on his cap.

I finally got back to the Mushrooms. The first one with his Vulture associate is now finished:

In a surge of Spiderwick induced enthusiasm, I started & finished sculpting two more Mushrooms.
One will be off to Colorado:



The other one has no particular place to go:






I am rather pleased with the arms/hands & the over all silly look to him.  

AND there is a Devil's Cup Mushroom approaching completion sculpting-wise that is:

The DiTerlizzi Goblins are getting a little more colorful as well.

Again it seems like the notification system failed to remind me of new goods...
