A little last minute, but I've been eyeing up this Kickstarter as a fine source of Mordheim-type miniatures:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1263001724/anno-domini-1666

Some of them are a little too solidly 17th Century French for the Old World, but others are perfect for Kislevites especially. & some of them are just cool for their own sake.

I mean... There's got to be a home in Mordheim for those little fellers.

Incidentally, I was put on to this from another Kickstarter's comments thread, where Mark Havener was saying how nice the models are.

Well...they are a century or two later than the Renaissance style of Mordheim, but it is the spirit of the game rather than the miniatures that really make Mordheim...I like the fellow in the plague mask. What a Face

My Kislevites will be very fashion-forward.

That is true. The Winged Hussars & the style of infantry employed by the Kislevites are from the late sixteenth century.
Some of the old metal Witch Hunters used in War Hammer are in mid seventeenth century attire.

The thing that attracted me to War Hammer & Mordheim was the Renaissance costumes...along with the old plastic Night Goblins. clown

&, of course, the Bretonnians dressed like they were in the 14th-15th Centuries, because that was what the Perrys wanted to sculpt at the time... while the Norse were stuck around the 9th Century, & the Von Carsteins managed to dress like 19th Century aristocrats on occasion! The inconsistency is part of the fun.

I'd agree that the Renaissance-style stuff is often the most fun though. Slashed sleeves & voluminous hosiery are a joy to paint. Fortunately, there is no shortage of these models for us. Also a joy to paint, nasty little green gits...

Hmm, now I'll have to find if anyone's making Renaissance goblins...

Kev Adams sculpted some for a blogger know as White Knight. I’ve noticed that there’s someone on eBay selling them.

White Knight is the Fantasy Mod on L.A.F.. He sells his stuff directly or, now, through an English distributor/mini maker.

I sent him a message asking who is selling them now. I'll let you know where to order when I hear from him.
Of course, you could have asked him yourself. What a Face
Buying from the Man seems more proper than going for used stuff off of eBay.

We got a quick response:

There you go. I have done quite a few of White Knight's miniatures. The Dwarves are wonderful to paint. What a Face

Oh dear... What I meant as a throwaway remark has somehow turned into a whole new warband project... Looks like I'm doing Renaissance-style Goblin buccaneers at some point -- curse you, Kev Adams!
