What skills do they get when they advance? Do you just pick a set from the original mercenaries? I didn't notice anything in the pdf.

From issue 19, here's the link http://www.specialist-arms.com/fanatic/19loo.pdf , it has the special rules, but not what types of skills they can take in an advance.
