It is not yet fully prettied, but here is what you have so far. If you give me a list of the Hired Swords that you use from other sources I can probably add those without too much effort. It may or may not be useful to your other players.

Thanks for the compilation!

We used the Orc Pirate and Goblin Swabby from Satorsa.  Also the Goblin Doom Diver (not very successfully) and the Goblin Lantern Bearer.  I had forgotten the Gnoblar Ninja and have't looked at his rules, but I did want an assassin type in the mix.

The Squig Rider was suggested, but his rules are similar to the Doom Diver in complexity and confusion.

I found the Pirate/Swabby and the Latern Bearer, but can't seem to find the Doom Diver, Gnoblar Ninja, or the Squig Rider. Probably right in front of my face somewhere...

So the Goblin Theef can steal heavy armour after each game on a 3+? Seems a bit too powerful...

And it is nerfed compared to the original thief hired sword. Either way they can be easy prey to an advanced hero or a mob of henchmen.

Do I have your e-mail?  I don't have a link, but I do have the document downloaded.  PM me.

I think they are a Styrofoamking project from this forum or from the old specialist games forums.

We only had a couple used during the campaign, one player was more interested in having a knife fighter than stealing things.

Couple of days ago I had rewritten the Savage orc boyz hired sword:

Savage Orc Boy:
60 gold crown to hire 15 gold crowns to upkeep
"Wwaaaaarrrggh"

Profile:
M:4 WS:4 BS:2 S:4 T:4 W:1 I:2 A:1 LD:5

Weapons/Armour: 1 big choppa or 2 choppa
Skills:  Strength and Ork skill list

Special rules:
Animosity
Frenzy (starts the game as frenzied if he gets out of frenzy animosity could kick in)
Hatred (Player choose the target of the boy hatred)
Talented grunt: starts the game with one Strength or Ork skill already learned

Choppa: The peak of orc craftsmanship. A multi-purpose killing device.
Range: close combat Strength: As user Price: common 5 gc or teef (only Greenskinz can use/buy it)
Special rule:
Multi-purpose: If the warrior score a critical hit he can choose which critical table he will use (bladed, blunt, thrust, unarmed, or flexible weapon)

Big Choppa: The bigger and meaner version of the choppa
Range: close combat Strength: As user +2 Price: Rare 8 30 gc or teef (only Greenskinz can use/buy it)
Special rule:
Multi-purpose: If the model score a critical hit the player can choose which critical table he will use (bladed, blunt, thrust, unarmed, or flexible weapon)
Two-handed: A  model  armed  with  a  big choppa may not use a shield, buckler or additional weapon in close  combat.  It  gets  an  additional  +1  armour  save bonus against ranged attacks if it carries a shield.
Strike Last: A big choppa are so heavy that the model using one always strikes last,even when charging. (Strongman skill helps to overcome this drawback)

I've been meaning to post for a while that there may be some interesting options in the old Devil's Den challenges.

DD#1 - Uber Henchmen
* Gobllems (Goblin/Gollem, get it)
* Goblin Squigherders

DD#3 - Low Cost HS
* Old Orc
* Beaten Up Goblin

DD#6 - Replacement Heroes
* Orc Brutes

DD#12 - Lions, Tigers, Bears - Oh My!
* Crippled Wyvern

DD#16 - Seeing Double
* Grimsnort & Drizbit (DP option)

I see what you mean about the complexity. I am going to have to wait until I have more motivation before I tackle them. In the mean time I have updated the list with a few more of the ones we have.

Orc Masta Trader*
45 gold crown to hire 9 gold crowns to upkeep**
From time to time in orkish backround text you come across references of orcs trading with humans for various things. I thought I would make a hired sword of one of the orcs likely to be that sort of go-between.
May be Hired: Any type of Orcs or Goblins and Chaos Dwarfs may hire a Masta Trader.
Rating: A Masta Trader increases a warband’s rating by +8 points, plus 1 point for each point of Experience.
Profile:
M:4 WS:3 BS:3 S:3 T:4 W:1 I:2 A:1 LD:7
Weapons/Armour: Cathayan Silks, Choose 1: Sword, Axe, Choppa.***
Skills: A Masta Trader may choose from Strength, Orc, or the special skills listed below when choosing a skill.

SPECIAL RULES:
Trading Expedition:Before a game the Masta Trader may be sent on an expedition to purchase a rare item. Nominate a rare item for the Master Trader to search for and give the cost of the item to the Masta Trader; if the item has a random component use the maximum. For each game the Masta Trader misses you may make one attempt to find the item during the Buy Rare Items phase. Each failed roll will grant +1 to the next attempt to find the item for this expedition only. When the item is found resolve the true cost of the item and the Masta Trader will then return to the warband with the item along with any change there might be; the expedition is now over. The Masta Trader must keep missing games until the item is located.
You keep what you kill: If the Masta Trader takes a warrior OOA in melee he may choose one weapon, helmet, shield, or piece of equipment from the fallen warrior to keep. If the item is on the list for an Orc hero he may keep it to use. If the item is on the list for a Goblin henchman to use he may give the item to his Assistant (if he has one). He may sell the item to the warband at half-price. Unsold items may be either discarded or stored in the warband's stash until purchased. Looted items in the stash may not be allocated to anyone until purchased. The Masta Trader may not claim any items until he is out of melee combat.

SPECIAL SKILLS:
Haggle: As per rulebook
Streetwise: As per rulebook
Deala: As per Goblin Peddla
Far Trader: The Masta Trader may nominate an item that is not for his warband (e.g. Skaven Only) or from a Setting other than what the campaign is currently in. The Setting must be a setting that is allowed in your current campaign. If no other settings are allowed you may only choose an item from your current setting. Items nominiated by this skill have their rarity increased by 3 for the Masta Trader.
Meatshield: The Masta Trader has 'acquired' a Goblin Assistant. The goblin must remain within 1" of the Masta Trader. If the Masta Trader is charged he may grab the goblin and 'volunteer' him to intercept the charge. After charges are resolved the goblin will attempt any fear tests needed. Additionally, if the Masta Trader is targeted with a ranged attack he may attempt to grab the goblin and use him as a shield. make an I test once the hit is resolved. If he passes his I test the hit is allocated to the goblin instead. If the goblin dies the Masta Trader will replace the assistant before the next game. If the Masta Trader misses a game, so will the Goblin Assistant. The Goblin Assistant counts as a friendly model, but does not otherwise count as part of the warband.
Profile Goblin Assistant
M:4 WS:3 BS:3 S:3 T:3 W:1 I:4 A:1 LD:6
Equipment: Club, Shield, Light Armor
Bulk Buyer: After a rare item is located and prices resolved the vendor will offer the Masta Trader D6-4 (minimum 0) additional items of the same kind and price.

Design notes:
*Best I could come up with for the Orcish style name. 'Masta' was easy, but what to do for Trader? Trada? Traida? Tradah? Chraider? Chraida? They all looked stoopid to my eye.
**This almost certainly needs adjusting.
*** The cathayan silks are mostly there for background reasons - they certainly don't *do* anything. The choice of weapons is mostly because orc swords have a variety of looks and I don't know what people would like to model on their trader.
