| That is one BIG, NASTY looking Dude...the Blue Whale that is. The colors might be a bit too dark & drab for moi (that's another reason not to drink & paint...personal experience speaking), but the conversion & brushwork are SPLENDID. OUTSTANDING WORK!

| Deep within the insane labyrinth of Mordheim, there twists and writhes those things which walk and hunger and feed. Another monster to confound the hapless players - the Gallows-Horse! More images and rules HERE. | |

| You're jumping a bit into the future with Magnus the Party Pooper coming to end all the fun times exploring Mordheim. The horse headed Guy is interesting. He might look more frightening without the reins. | |

I'll let you in on a secret: there is a very, very BIG upcoming scenario regarding Magnus. And, maybe, just maybe the players will have a chance to change history...

| Subject: The Nightmare Engine Fri 2 Sep 2016 - 19:58 | |
| As I mentioned earlier, the players are coming upon a pivotal point in the campaign: Magnus the Pious arrives to consign Mordheim to the holy fires of Sigmar. I will be giving the players a chance to stop him in the upcoming mega-scenario: THE GREAT REBELLION. For such a massive and impressive scenario, there needed to be a suitably massive and impressive set-piece. I humbly present to you the unspeakable horror that is The Nightmare Engine. A colossus wrought from madness and star-alloy. Its origins remain a mystery, but one thing is certain: it marches alongside Magnus. Just why the puritanical Magnus has accepted its aid is also unclear. It is as though reality is becoming increasingly distorted. Either way - here is the abomination itself! More images and rules for the thing available at The Fox & Goat! | |

| Subject: Ardan St. Cygnus Mon 5 Sep 2016 - 7:52 | |
| In the upcoming mega-scenario THE GREAT REBELLION, the players will be squaring off against none other than Magnus the Pious - him who was foretold. Him who is come to crucify Mordheim. Magnus will be backed up by mighty heroes, terrifying monsters and an entire army! Against such impossible odds, I knew the players would need help. So out of the past has stepped a ally from the most ancient days - Ardan St. Cygnus. Ardan was an extremely well-liked NPC in an RPG campaign I played years ago. All the players in the Serene Annihilation Campaign played in that campaign as well. Now, after 16 years of absence, Ardan St. Cygnus makes his return. Many, many more images and rules HERE at the Fox & Goat! (And yes, I am serious when I say he rolls D10's instead of D6's!) | |

| To moi Mordheim is all about Gangs of Ragtag Rogues battling each other & the Evil Denizens of the city. It's has a definite low fantasy feeling. Armies, super heroes Greater Demons, & an Archangel or two don't fit with the story, but have FUN with your game nonetheless. ... GOOD LOOKING feathers! | |

Glad you like it! He was, sadly, killed a few games back when he was shot by a Bergjaeger's arrow.

| Oh. My. Gork.
Why have I only just stumbled across this amazing thread? I love the warbands (both builds and brushwork are spectacular). I love the setting. I love the names!
So much creativity and imagination on display - great job guys. Really great job.
Between this and Outgard there is a new grimdark crossover 40k/Mordheim aesthetic happening... AND I WANT TO BE PART OF IT!!

Once a member of the Carnival of Chaos, he was thought dead - and perhaps he was dead (but dreaming). Either way, he has returned in much more powerful form! Many more pictures and rules for him HERE.
