I can't believe I didn't see this thread earlier!! What an incredible and impressive collection of scenery! From looking at the pictures, it looks like your main building material is dense foam?

To answer your question Chief Tugboat, on how I build, I posted a small guide in the Scenery-WIP section of this site (there is no foam, anymore, in any off my builds).
