Border Town Burning Marauder tribe/mount rules query...

As mentioned in the AoS thread I'm building a set of Chaos warbands to use for running short "Path to Glory"-style intro campaigns at local clubs, there will be four in the end and I'm obviously trying to differentiate them as much as possible.

My idea for one was a Kharneth-aligned "Kurgan hunting party" theme using the Hung tribal rules, with the max of 5 Chaos Warhounds and everything else riding horses, but I'm slightly stuck on something:

The Hung rules state that their benefit is, in part, "Warhorses always cost 40 gold crowns to the warband – not only to starting warbands." - but how do you get Warhorses at any price as a starting warband? They're not part of the Marauder warband's equipment list, and I've not spotted anything in either Blazing Saddles or the BtB supplement that overrides the normal limitation on only being able to buy items with a Rarity if they're on said list. Am I missing something somewhere or is it just an oversight that Warhorses at 40gc aren't on the equipment list?

The warhorse exclusion is an oversight. It should be in the starting equipment for Hung warbands but not for the other tribes.

Edited to add... a similar problem exists for the Imperial Outriders warband as mounts are not included in their starting equipment either. This is simply an oversight in the warband rules.
