Name: Carsten
Age: 27
Location: Norway (currently Oslo, but I might move soon)
Favorite Fantasy Character: I've always been a fan of wizards and demons, so perhaps Imhotep or Thulsa Doom from Conan, or Divayth Fyr from Morrowind.
Something about myself: I'm an engineer in fluid mechanics, flow pattern analysis and computer simulations. I started playing mordheim when I was a kid, shortly after it came out. I've never played any other wargames. I Stopped playing after a couple of years, and have started again with mordheim about one year ago. My painting ability was really bad when I was young, but now I have started getting a hang of things. I work a lot with terrain and love building ruins and structures for Mordheim, as well as perfecting the bases of my miniatures.
The Mordheim version I currently play is Wyrdwars. My group tried Mordheim first, it devolved into very similar tactics for everyone, then we tried Coreheim which we like a lot, but felt lacked nuance. Then we came across Wyrdwars, and are very very happy with how the game plays. Everyone suddenly had to really start thinking about new and creative strategies.
