That's an excellent start for a warband! Nice kitbashing (the scabbard is from the old chaos warriors, right?) and a fitting paintjob

I love it, tons of character. It's a great thing about Mordheim, every model can have so much personality.

EXCELLENT! Sir Gareth is a BEAUTIFULLY painted creation with an abundance of character. VERY WELL DONE!

@Grimmscull - You have sharp eyes, sir. The scabbard is indeed from the chaos warrior kit. In fact, the two-handed sword, comes from the very same kit.

@DeafNala - In the name of the other knights of the group I must insist that you drop the 'Sir', when you address Gareth. He was stripped of his titles a long time ago. (You can imagine, that the other knights do not like him very much.)

Great miniature and paint job.

I particularly like the light effect on the lantern, and I noticed that the sword also reflects a bit of the light from the wyrdstone shard on the ground. I really like the subdued way in which you approach light reflection, as it doesn't overpower the miniature.

Yes I love the start. It is great to see another Chapel guard warband going.
