u may have seen glimpses of this building before (in my other posts), but it really never was done
it was 90-95% done, totally playable
but i finally got around to touching up the last details:
1. copper flashing at roof lines
2. light rubble & grass
3. cut 3rd level floor, added ladder hatch frame & made and installed ladder on 2nd level
4. cleaned up all the grout lines
5. made and installed the jail bars on the 1st level (been avoiding this construction forever but finally did it)
as you can see the block is asymmetrical
the balcony partially inspired by U.S. TV show spartacus
