Merc. Captain

Hello all! I recently stumbled upon a couple guys in my area who also love Mordheim. As a result, I dusted off my old unfinished warband and even made them a shiney new leader. I had wanted to convey a highly militaristic feel by using standardized equipment and armor. The backstory in a nutshell is that the fellow below was a Bretonian knight who sullied his honor by using many an unchivalrous tactic and weapons in the Border Princes. Finally his brothers had enough and crushed his army, the remenants of which fled with their renagade lord. I am currently using Reiklanders for them.

Q,C&C always welcome. Hope to have the marksmen finished soon. They have crossbows as they would seem to be even more unchivalrous.

Excellent combination of bits. The model certainly tells a story. Details and wonderful paint job make it look life-size.

Nice. If you like those old bearded heads I recommend you check out the flagellant box.

That is very beatufiuly done model. Great costumizing and nice paintwork. I like the background story.

Brilliant job, a really good conversion that suits the backstory perfectly. I'm toying with starting a Middenheimer warband and I've found that Space Wolf heads are perfect once you trim the big collar pieces off. the plaited hair and beards look really cool. Thank God for online bits stores
