I just rolled a double for my Marauders warband for a skill, and am wondering if that hero now has to pay for the mutation, or gets to just pick it instead of paying the GP that he would need to buy it in chargen (for Possessed).

You have to roll on the random chart... and its FREE !! But you can get bad things ...
