do Pit Fighter Heroes/Henchmen HAVE to be equipped with a fighting style or can they start without equipment?
As i read the "weapons & armor" section its the first - they HAVE to choose a style but MAY change it later... i fear the argument "other warbands can let warband members unequipped" doen't count for the pit fighters?
What do you think, would you allow me to buy an additional "naked" pursuer for my 30 gold leftover?
Greetings

Personal Info Primary Warband played: Pit Fighters (Unofficial) Achievements earned: none
That rulebook contains many house rules interspersed with official rules. Some of the house rules are terrible. I recommend that you do not use it. Instead, go back to the original source material for all rules.
Since they are unofficial anyways, I prefer the older list. The newer list I never cared for, the styles force you into certain builds and to me never seemed "fluffy". Check with your group, but neither are overpowered.
Thank you all for your comments. A friend and i will start playing using the original ruleset, then when we are accustomed to them we maybe start thinking of house rules...
Regarding both Pit Fighter lists: i don't know yet which i will take, but my firt impression of the initiates is that they don't fit the gladiator style well. We will see...
