The Priest requisitions his lord to assist in manipulating priced commodities.
If successfully cast then all equipment of one type may be halved in price
(ie, bows cost 5 gold crowns) or a Rare item becomes Common during the next
post battle phase. Alternatively, all equipment of one type may be doubled in price
(ie, bows cost 20 gold crowns) or a Common item becomes Rare. All warbands are
affected by the rumour during the post battle sequence.

If a Common item becomes Rare what is its rarity? In other words what value is assigned to the newly rare item?

Also given the example I am assuming that you can only halve/double the cost of one item of equipment. So all bows or all crossbows or all heavy armor or all healing herbs? Not all missile weapons or all melee weapons or all miscellaneous equipment?
