| Very important question for BTB authors: Is Temple Dog (it's "unliving" construct after all): a) Immune to psychology b) Immune to mutation (like 66 roll on random hapening) I am aware that technically answer to all ths questions is "no" but asking doesn't hurt, right? | |

| Good catch! Both the Rhinox and the Temple Dog should be immune Psychology. The random event "66 A Time When Man Became Beast..." explicitly excludes animals. This exception includes the Temple Dog. So yes, he is immune to this type of mutation. | |

| Great thanks I'm a bit confused, in my rulebook there is: - 66 A Time When Man Became Beast and Beast Became Man… wrote:
- Roll a D6 for every animal on the table. A roll of 1-2
transforms them into Warhounds of Chaos (see Bestiary). Do I have correct version?

- Roll 2D6 for every warrior (not including animals, large or gigantic models) on the table. On a roll of 2 or 12, they transform into a Gor. If the transforming model was carrying any ranged weapons, it loses them. Their profile remains the same, except for that their Movement is set to 5 and their maximum stats equal those of a Gor (see Mordheim rulebook). If any stats are above this, they are lowered immediately. Roll a D6 for every animal on the table. A roll of 1-2 transforms them into Warhounds of Chaos (see Bestiary).
I presume the "(not including animals, large or gigantic models)" applies to large or gigantic animals as well, which the Temple Dog goes under as far as I can see. I wouldn't argue it from an 'unliving' perspective though, but that's just the fluff text, which implies that it's a living creature. For instance, a Kroxigor is an animal, but would go under the 'large' rule and thus be excluded from this effect.

| Just one more question - are Temple Dogs immune to firecrackers effect? They are immune to psychology;) (like rhinoxen and nightmares) but firecrackers rules doesn't say anything about mounts who are immune to psychology. | |
