Mommy´s and floedebolles skirmish-impressions!

Moin everyone! First of all, we are terrible sorry al, that we show the pics of our recent skirmish games first now, well, but i could blame it on the lazyness of mr.mommy for not transfering the mobile pics he took on to his tablet. But hej, yesterday night we were having a mordheim game at my place, and owning i oldschool camera i took a lot of pics to show you- so, it  was a empire in flames monsterhunt, with me playing dwarfs, mommy his btb chaos marauder, and a friend of mine with his witchhunters.

Well, due to the fact that some of us had to work the next day, and mommy had a 1 hour drive after our little bash we decided to start the last round about 10:30 pm, wich made the partie last ca. 3h.




As you all know, having a multiplayer with 3 participants, and only 3 hours to reach the end, that is almost unpossible.
So, what we did was rushing as fast as possible into contact with our prey, and beeing the fastest warband on the board, mommy engaged in round 3, swarming around the young dragon.

The witchhunters had alot of trouble with mommys mercenary, the oh so asspainy dark elf assassin, trying to snipe her off the battlement.
Meantime my lauzy and totaly decimated warband of squats had to decide if to wait until mommy engages and fall into his back, and maybe ally with the hunters, or to rush headlong into the dragon, with the big chance of beeing intercepted by mommy hounds or spawns on our way, and get squashed between a young dragon and a spawn and a condemned. Yeah, you guess right, i waited of course, firing into the battle between maraudrs and dragon, and on turn 5 even managed to attack one chaoshound that wandered to far from his pack.

But, beeing forced to end our game after mommys round 5, and i having only stunned the hound, the game ended with a dragon down on 1 W , me not getting the extra exp for killing the hound , wich would have made my boss get to the next level, we counted the losses and rolled our dice.
All in all it was big fun as always, but sadly no one of us was to get his greasy fingers on that famous dragon hoard, damn!

Yeah the game was real fun, although the dragon pretty much busted me. Floedebolle saved way too much unmodified armour saves.

But in the after game i saved my four OOA heroes, earned an new hero and basically have not lost anything. but gained lots of xp and some gold.
This was the first Mordheim game with real scenery for three konth or so, i hope we will play soon again.

The trees are artificial bonsais. They are really not too bad.

The dead trees were built by floedebolle.

Hola mordheimians, time for an update. Tonight i threw Count von Leber´s fearcausing shambling horde against mommies skaven scum, and guess what, i made them quench the musk of fear, yes-yes!
We played " Defend the loot " , cuase i had a catacomb-card from the previous game, that i used right away to even the odds for my slow advancing grave-circus. So, that made mommie very happy, having to deploy his furry mouslings in the middle of the table, waiting for my assault.
On the following pics i only show some impressions of what happend tonight, sadly not down to each turn, but roughly half of ´em. Well, enjoy, .......i did!  

You, my Friend, have a most entertaining style of reporting battles. The town looks WONDERFUL; AND thought they're a bit blurry the little warriors look cool. GREAT STUFF!

@von kurst: Thanks kurst, me and mommy had a lot of work half of the last year, and we definatly have to roll the dice more often. Next session is planned for the end of january, should become a multiplayer,and i promise to deliver same amount of pics and bigger fonts!

I spotted it right away...thanks to the labeling. I'm glad you Guys like the 'shrooms. I'd love to be able to send you more scenery thingies...we'll see what the New Year brings.   

That was a great game. Unfortunately count von Leber did not rout.

The pictures are awesome. Someof them are looking "real" somehow.

and greetings my fellow mordheimians, its about time to share with you the latest imprissions of our most funny mordheim evening. Thats my cultists against mommys orcs, and then will follow two pics of my first fallout mod game. Please admins, be kind, i think posting it here is so much easier, although it spares me to open a new thread in scifi only because of to lausy pics and one tiny sentence, so again, have mercy, dont ban!

The boards, minis, & cake look WONDERFUL! The game was certainly the fastest I've ever seen or didn't see....but it was attractive.

Can you read the captions? They get lost in the photos they are obscuring for me, but I did figure out what was going on. We have the treasure show up in the first building about a third of the time, weird.

It was a great evening, even though we played fallout first, and wasted all the "could have been mordheim" -time on postapocalyptic looneys, but hey, it was his birthday, so..., naah just joking, of course i would have liked two games of mordheim better, but it was a great evening what so ever.
Was truly sad that i our REAL game after fallout happend to be that short, not even ONE shooting phase, but, found a lot, sold a lot, and can now afford the knight ogre for the cultists, who will fight for them in the next game, great!
