Couple of questions

I was looking into the possibility of building a dark elf warband using the list found on The Mordheimer. In the list it gives repeater crossbows as an option, but I can't find rules for them anywhere. Do they have any special rules associated with them, or is it just a 'cool' name for fluff reasons?

Also, I've seen reference to both Empire in Flames and Border Town Burning in several places throughout this board, but I can't seem to find out any info about them. Are they some sort of official expansion released by GW back when they supported the game, or are they just fan-made expansions? Where can I find more info about them?

Rules for repeater crossbows are found in the main Mordheim rulebook under missile weapons.

BTB is a fan-made expansion.  Written by several members of this forum.
