Inquisitor Orks - 40k Kill Team

These guys are looking pretty SWEET.

To be honest, the mini lacks the stature to pull off the pose in Blanche's illustration. Without the height the positioning of the sword arms is awkward. Since the robes hide the Inquisitor's legs, you might consider using different legs covered in floor length robes. The shield would also benefit from the additional height.

Thanks for the honest feedback Alan - I always appreciate it and try to act on it if I can! Unfortunately this guy is already half painted so its too late for him! The pose is awkward, I struggled with it for a long time, gluing on various arm/hand/weapon combinations then pulling them off again several times!

I'm glad I didn't offend you, Saul. One of your Ubercool Paint Jobs should be enough to mask any faults the mini might have. Have FUN with the painting!

The Scribe is might not be an exact match, but he is a VERY COOL & IMAGINATIVE (con)version. If you have one of the feathers from the Empire kit, you could add it to his quill...it does look good as is however. GREAT WORK!

All these Boyz have the beginnings of paint on the now...

The Inquisition Lads look even cooler as a group than they do individually; AND that's saying something. IMAGINATIVELY WELL DONE!

The Rogue Trader is a FINE addition to The Hydra Guys...I LOVE the Group Portrait. The conversion & paint job capture the look & feel of Blanche's illustration with an appropriate Orkish twist. VERY WELL DONE!
