Inquisitor Orks - 40k Kill Team

I've had yet another Kill Team theme idea (at least this one is within the 40k universe fluff) - an Ork Inquisitor and his retinue. A bit like my Mordheim Witch Hunter Orcs. I quite like the idea of making Orky versions of the henchman archetypes. It's more about making "Blanchian" Orks than anything else!

They will be all scrolls and wings and skulls and checks and ragged flowing cloaks and Latin inscriptions and purity seals and red, brown and yellow inky splashes... This is the plan:

Cool twist on the Inquisition! The look is suitably Orky and sinister.

An EXCELLENT & CREATIVE idea, although the Boys do look a little less nasty than their human counter parts. Have FUN with The Project!

Great idea, and so far very well executed. Looking forward to more conversions, and the painted result!

COOL STUFF! The Forces of Divine Justice never looked better...BEAUTIFULLY painted & detailed (love the Tekpriest chewing on the screw). The Group Portrait with the scenic background really show the Lads off nicely. As always, VERY WELL DONE!

I feel really silly for completely missing the names up until now. Great throw-back to a great movie! Plus, it looks like someone DID wake up 'Ix!

I think part of the appeal your VERY imaginative pieces have for moi is that they & the sketches that inspired them bring me back to a time when G.W. was a wildly creative entity & driven along by John Blanche's imagination. The Bad Boon Dude fits right in with this idea. TERRIFIC WORK!

The Konklave is LOOKIN' GOOD! Some GREAT brushwork, & color choices makes the most of your BRILLIANT conversions. VERY WELL DONE!

I think as long a G.W. has Dave Andrews, Ali & Trish Morrison, & John Blanche there will be at least a glimmer of the creative force they once were.
