As to the Tomb Guardians warband. There is a great Modheim supplament made by a great team that went threw a lot of play testing before making things published in the Border Town Burning (BTB) supplement. Now that it has been out for 3 almost 4 years it has had one revision (more typo fixes and rule clerification if I'm right) and has proven many times to be over all balanced.
With in the BTB supplement is the Reastless Dead warband... this is not a Tomb Guardian warband but the rules could ether be used as a Tomb Guard (with "counts as" kind of play) or may be a good help in guide lines.
