Ohoy!

I remember a warband that where heavily equipped with various parts that where burning in BLUE flames, I eveb saved a link, and now I cant find it, nor can I find the thread either... anyone have a clue about what I am talking about? It also had a good explenation about how he/she made the blue flames / fire.... any help with this would be most welcome!

Most flame techniches you do in reverse how you would normally paint. E.G. for the blu flames you will start with the white/light blue first and 'highlight' using darker colors. Maybe with a few licks here or there with a lighter color. I have a link somewhere on painting flames, when I find it I will post it here.

Perfect, this was exactly what I was looking for, thank you very much indeed. I spent quite some time yesterday looking for it, without finding it though, however, the added bonus was the time spent looking on great miniatures and awsome conversions along with many cups of good coffee! Very Happy

@ Oldschool, I am looking forward to the link, allways good with some more tutorials!

Ahh, found it. Now this shows traditional fire colors but it can easily be applied to other colors:
