Unwanted WIPs

This is the thread where I'll be posting my WIPs

First up is a hunter, which will either be played as a Marksman in a Merc warband or as a Tilean Marksman in another, depending on what I do first...

Edit: He's still missing a few bits, including a hunting horn, and I am considering extending the furry vest to cover the entire upper skirt?

For a vest I would indeed make it longer.

Yeah, after running it by my brother, I'm going to extend it tomorrow, maybe leave it open and flaring slightly at the bottom.

Now that you've made up your mind [your opinion being the ONLY one that matters in this case], I'll put in my two cents worth. I agree that extending the vest will look good, although try not to totally obscure the tunic. The mini is really turning out quite nicely. I LOVE the way you did the hair. GOOD WORK!

Painting has begun on the hunter, but I don't have any pics of that yet.

It's the beginning of a Skaven Warband, this being a Black Skaven with Fighting Claws.

I already have quite a bit of painted Skaven for WHFB, and it's the third attempt at making an army of the blighters, though it has been on standby for nearly two years

This looks good. Like the teaser! Let's see some more!

Uzgrok has been rearmed (Hurhur) and is in the process of having his armour redecorated.

You got to admire an Orc who's a snappy dresser [or ELSE ]. Excellent looking: the armor looks GREAT, the base IS beautiful, & I REALLY like your take on skin coloration. VERY WELL DONE!

Uzgrok is still awaiting more paint, and the Crossbowman is only 40% done or something...

The crossbowman will be a treat to see when it is completed. *sits shaking with madness, waiting for it to be done*

So, work has recommenced on the Skaven. Aside from doing some pieces for WHFB, I've begun work on my Assassin Adept:

Nice conversions, looking at your nicely posed skaven make me want to redo my warband... since my skaven look like stiff statues...
