| Hi Folks, i started playing tabletop with a Bretonnian army during the 6th. edition. After a lot of games i became bored of the simple tacticle style of this army and i sold the main part of this army. But i could not sell my beloved painted miniatures of this army and so the army got dusty in my glass cabinet. Some months ago i found a very nice chance of use of my miniatures basing them for IMPETUS FANTASY. Its a system which allows you to create your own army with special rules for every element. That was exactly what i needed for my Bretonnians. Additionally the base size is very huge giving you the opportunity for creating some dioramas But enough slipslop. Here are the pics. First an overview what painted figs i have and the first nearly finished elements: For more pictures please feel free to visit my blog: http://derfigurenschieber.blogspot.com/search/label/Basic%20Impetus%20FantasyRegards | |

| EXCELLENT LOOKING STUFF! The minis are all LOVELY, but the bases really make them something special. I love the way the units blend in with the surrounding scenery... VERY WELL DONE! Since I'm one of those Guys that can never get enough miniature photography, I HAD to check out your Blog. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to anyone who could use some inspiration/motivation...again VERY WELL DONE! | |

| Not a big step but a small update For a month or two i had the idea that plastic toy figures for kids could be a nice add-on for 28mm tabletop. I took a look at the bay and bought this one: My giant!! I love his facial expression - small brain in a big body but when he strikes there will be nothing more than dust left over Originally its a kids toy for Lord of the Rings with movable arms, legs and head. I glued everything in this position and will have to paint him in fleshy tones. This model will be the eye catcher of my army . I will have to fill the gapes and will add some gimmicks like a dead cow on his belt. Does anyone know a good cow modell for this? .. And maybe his will get a pulled out tree in one of his hands. I added a second pic for scale comparison on my blog: http://derfigurenschieber.blogspot.com/2011/10/basic-impetus-fantasticus.html | |

| VERY COOL...& BIG! That is one of the most impressive Giants I've yet seen...there's a lot of painting & detailing potential to the Beasty.I love his ears, feet, & hands. A GREAT FIND! The MacFarlane Dragons are also among the toys that make SPECTACULAR models. | |

| Would the GW giant kit be in scale for a dead cow accessory? There's one in that kit, amongst lots of other stuff. | |
