Very cool. I will try to create a warband and give it a go over the summer. As you probably know I played with the same general concept with my "Free Brotherhood" warband, which is less ambitious (fewer options) but is intended to be balanced with traditional warbands.
There are a huge number of possibilities in your rules, and the restrictions/limits are intriguing. Definitely going to be fun to experiment with!

Sadly, I did not design these guys to be used against normal warbands... they might be fair, but most likely not! It's really intended for a DoW vs. DoW style game. (Although, if you like, try a one-off to see if it's any fun).
