| A mercenary captain rolls "multiple injuries." However, one of his "injuries" is "sold to the pits." It seems odd that he can't be captured but he can be taken by slavers. Is there an FAQ out there that says any different?
Here's the multiple injuries text for convenience:
16-21 MULTIPLE INJURIES The warrior is not dead but has suffered a lot of wounds. Roll D6 times on this table. Re-roll any ‘Dead’, ‘Captured’ and further ‘Multiple Injuries’ results.

| Not to my knowledge. The injuries table does not make too much of an attempt to be logical. We play the rule as written and enjoy (or complain about) the results. We had one warrior roll up 2 Sold to the Pits results. He won the first fight but was killed in the second. | |

| I guess that rolling 'Dead' or 'Multiple Injuries' again doesn't make sense while rolling 'Captured' a second time would have no effect after the first 'Captured' result. However, as Von Kurst mentioned it is possible to end up fighting several Pit Fights in a row (poor chap). | |
