My beastmen!

So started to paint my beastmen warband and so far I've finished my chieftain and my minotaur:

First off, the minotaur. It took around 10hours to paint and I think it turned out okay, when you keep in mind I haven't painted in 10 years!





And now my chieftain. I converted him to have two two-handed axes (as he has in the game). He took me about 8hours to paint:

Got some more beastmen finished:

First off, my shaman:



Now one of the Beastigor. He had minor conversions to use two weapons as we all now that extra attack is the bomb :



And the other Bestigor. Also converted to use two axes:



And last here is all the finished heroes:



I still need to do my Centigor and some henchmen, but after I have played my Beastmen for some months now (and OWNED the other players almost every time) I have lost interest in them and started a Clan Eshin Skaven warband, so I guess it will be a while before I get the rest done....

Pretty good job for not having painted in 10 yrs!

I especially like the Minotaur's axe.

COOL MINIS! You did a FINE job on both pieces; about the only critique I could make is you might introduce an intermediary shade to the flesh tones...otherwise VERY WELL DONE!

Same here...but we do knock out some pretty cool stuff with a charm all their own.

Nice and simple colour scheme, looks good - although I hate the new minos (has the sculptor any idea about anatomy?)

They have a skill called "shaggy hide" that allows it! It's pretty cool

BTW Paboook, they are beastmen, human anatomy doesn't (necessarily) has anything to do with it I think they are pretty cool minis!

I dont want to burst your bubble, but the "shaggy hide" skill got changede to: "ad +1 to armor save" -I to miss my 2' 2hander champion.

The original warband in Town Cryer had a skill that let you use a 2-handed weapon with one hand... dont think it'll let you use 2 2-handed weapons....

Oh well, he can just count them as regular axes then if need be. Great job on both, from what I can tell from my iPhone screen, they both look pretty lifelike!

Really? they changed that rule? That sucks! Was planning on adding a third arm through mutations so he could wield 3 two-handed weapons! Talking about taking advantage of the system lol!

Anyway, luckily the group i'm playing with hasn't heard of the rule-change, and I think we'll keep it that way
