PRETTY COOL STUFF! You never seem to run out of ideas or the parts to pull them off. GREAT WORK as always!   

So much character, i like your skill with creating all sort of hats and bandanas, great!

Not much to say that hasn't been said: still a huge fan of your conversions! The amount of character that you cram into each model is truly impressive.

They still serve as Black Orcs in my Pirate Orc Warhammer army but I doubt I'll be using them in Mordheim any time soon. The smell is just too much....

My productivity has been slowed right down as we are selling our house, so I've had to pack away my "clutter"! ;)But I have managed to build and greenstuff another model:

Having moved more times than I'd like to think about, I can feel your pain; you have my deepest condolences. 
That aside, the new Soon-To-Be-Green Guy looks TERRIFIC...love the head scarf & goatee. I find amazing that after all the years you've been doing Orc & Goblin Pirates that each new piece is still a fresh & unique creation. VERY WELL DONE!   

Wow pulling up roots must be in the water or something. Playtable has been packing, unpacking, remodeling the new house, remodeling the old house, etc since Christmas.

Sludga looks suitably brutal.    I'm glad you could get a little hobby in.

I was just browsing the ork kits in my LGS thinking about new recruits...

I gotta say, you've been going at this for a super long while, making these amazing orc pirates, each one of them hella impressive.

I LOVE that you make most of them with Nob bodies, gotta have 'em big!

I used the new (ish) Mournfang Brown spray as a basecoat (over a black undercoat) so all the browns are that colour, with some washes and highlights in some cases, but I didn't see the point in painting the base edges just to match the older bases. All my stuff will be brown basecoated from now on - it's awesome!
