Is there some kind of limitation on the skill? I just can't believe what this prayer does. Full wound recovery? Difficulty 5? You can use it more than once?

The range of 2" tends to be a limiting factor. You can use it as often as you can cast it. The priest tends to become a high priority target that is difficult to protect.
