| I really enjoy having the bases match with the models and gaming table. It helps bring the game to life. And thank you. | |

| A fine looking bunch they are! Perhaps some individual close-ups could be arranged? | |

| Much as i like your models and don't want to derail your thread, i have to ask:
How did you get that effect on your game table?
It is really awesome, and puts my naked chipboard to shame! | |

| It was very simple. They were ceral boxes cut into very small circles, glued on the bases and gaming board and then painted. Undercoat black. And then drybrused Codex grey, Bubonic Brown and Snakebite Leather. Very simple but takes a long time. Worth it though. The first group was my Witch hunters. This group are old pictures of my Marienburg guys. I have since up graded them with new models. I'll take new pictures when I can. As for individual close-ups, give me a day of so and I'll post them. | |

| Some VERY NICE stuff there. I especially like the Freelancer & the Beast Hunter; the Ogre conversion is a cool idea. GOOD WORK! | |

| He's a possessed. I used a troll's body with orge parts. He's got the mutant powers of a great claw and a 3rd arm. The claw was made out of the bladed gauntlets from the orges. I love the puerple color for the freelancer. It just suits him.

| My new warband. The Merchant Kings. It's another Marienburg warband but with a twist. I have the 5 heros and one swordsman (so he'll eventlually turn into a hero) and the rest of the money spent on hired swords. I also have some new hired swords done as well. Oh and they got a attack momkey from the southlands as well. Also I was able to print out one of the background pictures form this site. The warband itself two heroes The leader and his monkey... Young blood Swordsman Orge Bodyguard with a double handed weapon A worlock Beasthunter Bounty Hunter...to help get more money for the upkeep of the hired swords Pit fighter Troll slayer | |

| There was a bit of learning curve with the last batch of GW washes, I haven't used the 'new' stuff. But once you start applying them, washes are a quick and dirty way of improving a mini's appearance. | |
