| So, I took my time painting these guys, and I know I have improved my paint skills. I am still having troubles with rushing the details, but my patience is growing for every fig I paint. If you look at my old pics, I'd say I have come a long way, but still have a long way ahead of me as well  Anyway, here they are. A marienburg Captain (on foot and horseback) and also a Reiklander/Tilean captain on foot! | Thanks for the comments guys! Nala: The plumage is actually taken from an old Dwarf Slayer model I got in a White Dwarf. Must have been around ten years ago or somesuch Count Lucius: Thanks! The horse is my favourite of the "trio". Layer of layer of Gryphonne Sepia on the copper and gold barding really did the trick, and for the white coat I also had a homemade grey wash to use. Only thing that isnt perfect is the tail, but I can live with that |

| I like both the "kick butt" attitude of the second captain, and I particularly like the consistent attitude/style of the first guy, in both poses. I often mean to make two figs for one character but seldom do it. Well done! | |

Thanks, though I cant say it was intentional! But you are right. The way he arrogantly tilts his head while striking out his arms is like "Come and get me if you think you're up to it". I think I should give him the hnour of being my next avatar in our coming campaign The first one is supposed to be more of a Marienburg captain, with more elegance, why he just strikes a pose for the camera, not for his opponents...
