| Hey guys! I was just curious about something. I've red á couple of threads about different variations of the Mordheim rules being written by fans. I've also downloaded a few of the existing supplements/mods thats been done (like BTB and Coreheim). What is the current state is for all theese mods/supplements? Is Coreheim done or is a new updated verision being written? I also red somewhere (and correct me if i'm wrong) that people behind BTB where planning a new version of the Mordheim rules. I'm asking this out of curiosity. I also think Mordheim is a great game but agree with alot of others that the game needs some serious tweaking/clarifications/new rules to work better. It would be great to know if theres anything new being produced when it comes to rulesets. Cheers! | |

| As far as I know Coreheim is still being revisted and updated (the last update was done like a week a go tops).
I don't know about BTB., but I suppose it's the same case. I hope this helps.

| Asp definitely still supports Coreheim, and my Wyldhunt's Mordheim Revision is not even halfway to what I want it to be. It appears that the Sylvania setting is abandoned, along with Albion, Khemri, Nemesis Crown, Empire in Flames and possibly Lustria - though you might check with Von Kurst about the items they've done for the latter. cianty and Werekin have added recent updates to Border Town Burning, I can't imagine them calling it quits on that for a while. Styrofoamking has Sartosa that he was still updating last year, though I don't know his future plans for it. | |

| I've been putting a bit of pressure on Styrofoamking for updates on Sartosa. He is also working on a Lustria expansion. (He's pretty tied up with Da Bank and Mordheimer on the 40K skirmish project.) Also Kaptain Blacksquig is working on a Pirates of the Karibbean Lustrian expansion with The Old Greybeards.
I've got reams of material for Khemri, Lustria, Nemesis Crown and stuff but its not in PDF format, just Word.

| You should distinguish between different settings and actual rule rewrites. Coreheim is a total rewrite of the Mordheim rules aimed to streamline the game and make it more tactical and strategic and fun (Asp can correct me here if I'm wrong). Coreheim (as it's name suggests) focuses on the core rulebook and core warbands. Wyldhunt's Mordheim revision is quite a large rewrite also. It's focus is broader than Coreheim (I'm not saying it is better just broader) and incorporates more material than covered by the core rulebook. The other rules mentioned (e.g. Lustria, BTB, Sartosa) are settings designed to work with the official Mordheim rules. Therefore it may be difficult to integrate the rules and warbands for Coreheim or Wyldhunt's revision with the rules for these settings but it generally is easy to integrate the rules and warbands for different settings together. Also, Cianty is still maintaining the Nemesis Crown suppliment as needed so it is not abandoned. | |

| I still update the Nemesis Crown rules whenever there is an erratum that needs inclusion (like the recent fix of the Rapier rules for the Hochland Bandits), so that supplement is maintained and updated on and off. Border Town Burning is also being maintained. I am always looking for feedback of other players who used the Objective rules and warbands. There are plans to write a strategy guide for one of those warbands. Other than that though, these supplements are finished. There will be no new stuff added to either of them. The Corrupted Characters rules which were posted on the BTB website, while suiting the setting, were in fact a preview article of another supplement we are working on. Yes, there will be another Mordheim supplement by us but I am not allowed to talk about it... | |

| Coreheim will be continuously updated. Even if I stop playing, player feedback will form the basis of future revisions.
a 8.0 is already in the works

| Nice. I really like BTB, and I think that it is the most complete setting that I have played. I can't wait to see what you come-up with next! | |
