Discworld Band?

Ok, ive been reading some of the terry pratchett discworld books (again) and ive noticed somewhere on the internet ive seen a mordheim discworld warband and id love to make a city watch band, does anyone know of anything like this or have i drempt it?

No but I very much like the idea, would it be special character heavy though?

As in could I field Vimes, Carrot, Detritus, Angua, Nobby, etc?

Well i supose so, you could use the reikland rules

Captain - Vimes

Champion - Carrot
Champion - Colon
Champion - Hrun

Youngblood - Nobby
Youngblood - Reg Shoe
Youngblood - Buggy

and then for a

hired warlock - Igor
Dwarf Slayer - Cheery
Hired Ogre - Detritus (i know he's a troll but )

i know your only allowed two Champ's and youngbloods but i was just saying who you could use, im shure you could use others aswell, and you'd have to come up with some rules but i reckon it would be fun

Hahaha nice idea!! Maybe even making special rules for the Troll Crossbow that shoots fire?

Hmm, ive been reading through the rules for this night watch band and they seam a little to powerfull i mean i know vimes is like but with a ws and a bs of 6?!?! i know he costs 180gc but its a bit much i think and these rule seem to be maid for whfb so would anyone mind if i make the rules into a mordheim playable rules and then posted them on here?

I'm not sure, but I think they were meant for Mordheim. However, as with most homebrewn stuff out in the farther reaches of the www, it can be completely out of balance and whatnot, too.

That's why I only looked once at this warband and never thought about actually trying them or making the models...
