| Here is the beginning of my Witch Hunter war band. He is a Witch Hunter armed with a brace of pistols and light armour. They are represented by the double barreled pistol from the Empire Champion box. The chainmail I GS'ed painstakingly. C&C welcome! -Xi Edit: I am trying to decide whether to scrape off the straps on the chest and do them over. | |

| VERY NICE! The chain mail looks great AND, although it's a biit difficult to tell from the photos, the straps & buckles across the chest look quite good. This an EXCELLENT start to what promises to be a unique mini. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! | |

| Cool - look forward to seeing the end result. I'm always impressed when I see folks using green stuff - I just don't think I have the sculpting talent in me. Me, I just mash pieces together and leave gaps. | |

| oooh yeah those buckles look cool! I'm gonna have to do a lot f that sort of stuff on one of my new projects and that's gonna be on an even smaller scale lol! One thing to mention is that maybe you could make the fire a bit more dynamic? At the moment it's a bit smooth, would be really easy to achieve though! (Me and DeafNala both gave some advice on that in Drugart's dwarf thread over in the minis gallery) | |

The fire there is just a base blob of GS so I can layer on a more dynamic flame. I will look at your and DeafNala's advice to Drugart, since I think my flame could be better. It is curing now. | |

| Great work for the most part (especially the flames, they can be tough to sculpt), but his hat is too big. The coneyish part should be almost half the diameter (same as the head). I would also suggest using thinner plasticard for the brim. | |

| VERY NICE WORK! The brim DOES rather detract from an otherwise great piece of modeling. You might consider filing/sanding it down a bit; with the careful application of some heat, bending up the brim also might mask the thickness of the brim. Hat aside, you've done a fine job creating a very unique piece. WELL DONE! | |

| Yeah totally agree with what the others have said, it looks great but the hat definitely needs to be smaller. Also I wouldn't use plasticard for the brim, looks way too stiff. It'd be really easy to do that with green stuff! Also nice job on the flames! | |

| VERY NICE REWORK on the hat. As Drugart said, with a bit of painting the Lad will be all set to get out there AND burn an Old Lady or two, erm...purge the Foul Heretics. WELL DONE! | |

| Maby you could add some extra gear? Like a stake or two, and some pouches and a backpack and stuff! (but thats just me, I like to see my warriors stacked with gear and backpacks so it looks like they carry everything they on) | |

| yeah I like adding a ton of gear as well but I generally leave that to the henchmen! I'm currently working on a greenskin warband (with a secret twist) so I think there are gonna be a lot of heavily laden gobbos! | |

| Just a small update today. I got Vergeltung, Zerfleischen, and Zerstören in the mail today and have begun to paint them up. The hardest part of this process was getting a model designed for a slottabase to sit up above the GS cobbles I planned to add. I ended up filing gaps between the feet for the GS to fill, leaving enough of a tab to secure the model to the base. You may be thinking, "Why not clip the tab and just pin them?" Well, that's because Vergeltung, Zerfleischen, and Zerstören are my Warhounds. (anyone who is curious to the names meanings, I'll tell in a couple days. Don't spoil the surprise if you know ) | |

| Here is Zerfleischen, all painted and based. Zerfleischen is German for "to rend", or Render. I figured that my Witch Hunters with their slightly sinister bent would be prime candidates for naming their animals for the destruction they wreak. Vergeltung and Zerstören are coming soon.. C&C welcome.
