| Malchyel was once a Veteran Chapelain who lost his faith into the Emperor after his fall against Horus, and joined the Black Legion as a Terminator Champion of Chaos. Malchyel has no allegiance but to Abaddon. Loosing faith into the Emperor was a trauma for him, and he won't pray anymore any god. Abaddon has proven a mortal (more or less) can rule over many.

| Noice! The Abaddon model was the base for that conversion, right? _________________ | |

| Yup! Right! Not very complicate. For the story, I wanted for a Terminator Chaos Lord a pair of Lightning Claws. He had one for the left hand, but you know what? There was no right hand Lightning Claw for the Chaos! The Imperium ones were awfull and I had only one choice: to buy Abaddon, just for his claw! Which I did, and transformed a little the claw. And then was born Lord Bane (in the center): Then I had that Abaddon without his claw... For the price I paid him, he deserved to play! So, a Warhammer Battle Skull Helm later (gave the Chapelain style), a Chaos Warrior cloak, an old Terminator arm I kept just in case cut in three... And here is Malchyel! | |

| Yeah, really good. There's something really frightening and menacing about them (just like your avatar ). Well done! | |

| Thans a lot. Your post makes much sense to me. I wanted to give a feeling of old armors who have seen too much battles. The Terminators would be slaughter incarnate. Everybody paint very nice and clean armors, like if they were going to carnival... Damn! We're speaking about Chaos here! Cleaning the armors? Muarf! Arf! Arf! Perhaps if Abaddon himself is coming to control the discipline? Or for very important missions or rituals... As I am painting armies, I must admit I could add some details and shadows. But to my credit, I am painting 3 armies of 40K at the same time (Chaos, Eldar and Necrons) and 4 Mordheim band (Wood Elves, Chaos, Carnival of Chaos and Orcs). Sometimes, I feel there will be no end to it... And I still buy miniatures! loooooool Well, I just lost at 40K a few minutes ago with my Eldar against the Orcs, but my friend only had 730 pts. With my Eldar, I am really efficient with 1000 pts minimum. It was a revenge, the next battle will decide who will prevail! Seeya! | |

| Here is my work on a unit of Emperor's Children for my Black Legion. Not yet finished, but those one take me a very long time, I wonder why, because I don't feel them that beautifull for now... Perhaps I'm getting too old... lol Tell me what you think (will post better pix when I'll have some). | |
