| In the scenario Street fight, are you forced to stay on the street the whole game, or can you leave it, crossing through back allies, ruins and such as long as you enter the road before you get to the other table side? | |

| The scenario description is vague as always but what is sort of clear is that there is only the street and the buildings that line it. You may move from building to building but not through the end of the building that is opposite the street. There are no back alleys. To save space we often play with a straight street and a 2'x4' board but there is no rule that mandates this. | |

| We play it the same way as Von Kurst. You can move through the buildings but you can't move through the back as it counts as "off the table". | |

| Ah, fair enough. Seems like a good way to treat the scenario. What do you think about it as a scenario? do you play it often? | |

| Whenever it comes up on the chart - I've played it three times I think, and I know others in Flame On's Luncheim crowd have played it too.
Like all scenarios though we add a "if we run out of time" victory condition. In this case who ever is closest to escaping via the opponent's board edge is the winner.
We have tried measuring from the warrior that is closest to the edge in some cases and furthest from the edge in others. I prefer the latter as it makes you think about the whole of you warband, not just the two or three fastest guys!

| We also play it whenever it comes up. It is quick and brutal. Or it is a chess match as each warband establishes fire bases and advances up the street under covering fire.
For the last 28 weeks we've been playing it as a narrow pier lined with derelict ships and row boats in Styro's Sartosa. That gets you focusing. And at the moment we are playing it as either a narrow trail through impenetrable jungle or an ancient bridge over a Lustrian river. Endless things you can do with the scenario.

| We put it like this: All scenery made into one street (some places wider that others) and all buildings open on the other end are considered to be closed for escaping. You can move from building to building if both are adjecent to each other of course, though you cannot move from building to building at the "backsides" of buildings.

Wow, great ideas Von Kurst! *Steals* Also worth remembering that the street doesn't have to be straight! A couple of corners will break up the shooing kill-zones and give a better chance to Dwarf warbands (who find it very hard) and make it a bit more of a challenge for longbow and crossbow heavy warbands (who find it too easy)!

Boss, you gotta send me these Dwarfs who have a hard time w/ Street Fight. Ours either wait for you to get close and then kill you, or shoot you down at a distance. They all got those 36" crossbows, add some Eagle Eyes and... The Pier is Styro's idea. Good fun especially in the fog... In Khemri we do the desert canyon or mountain pass.

| Hehehe, too right mate. I haven't played against Dwarfs since Nemesis Crown and they suffered in scenarios where you had to get somewhere before the other warband. Though it was Nethrag who used them, so he still ended up winning more often than not! Regardless, I still think a wonky street makes for a better game. | |

| Seconded on the winding, curvey street - it does a lot to temper the dominance of shooting warbands in this scenario. When we do play it, our set-up is typically pretty similar to the one that Gobbo Freak has pictured up there. | |
