What rules does everyone use for windows? Can you climb a wall and enter a building through windows? Can you charge through a window?

Yes yes and yes...
As long as it seems plausible that the model would actually fit in a window – also if a model stands directly inside (or outside) a window, you may charge it from the other side, and the fight is held through the window.

That's what I thought, but when I brought up charging through a window the other day during a game it was dismissed. >_<

Here is the key, the model must reasonable fit. Is the window "open" meaning nothing preventing them from crawling through?

This is an aspect of the game that a rulebook can not define as everyone's terrain is different.
