| Thank you very much Yeah Vimes is a really good miniature. I just hope they'll make Colon and Carrot soon (next time I'll get Nobby anyway). I tried to be true to the Cohen pictures I've seen, although I changed the cape to a more wolf gray color, since other wise it would be a wee bit too much brown. The Cohen artwork is one of my favorite fantasy artworks (Cohen & the Silver Horde charging over the snow landscape is pure poetry). Well, all artwork by Paul Kidby actually. Josh Kirby was good too but his DW art was somehow silly. Didn't really hit the nail like Kidby does. | |

| Thank you, it is good to be back. I will try to fit in some quality time here in my busy schedule. Hell, I even need to book in some painting time. The studies have been a wee bit much the last couple of months. Just came back from my 1 month internship at a high school where I gave lectures on how to survive zombie attacks and on serial killers/modern cannibals. So I'm still weird | |

| I'm back from the dead!.. Well, back from my studies actually, but the first one sounds way cooler. I'm still up to my nostrils in exams and essays and crap, but I felt it was time to get down and nerdy once again, so here's some bits n' bobs I've been messing around with in my oh so precious spare time. (Straight from the blog) It's far from finished though. I'm not quite sure whether I should leave the protruding zombie arm where it is, or if I should skip it all together. Also thinking of adding a pumpkin or two for that extra Halloweeny feeling. Any suggestion? Later today, DEATH & Cohen. | |

| Think I'm saying this once every 6 months or so by now but; I'm back (again). Lost my painting and building mojo somewhere along all &¤&/¤!#¤ exams and whatnots. Anyho, here are 2 small diorama pieces I'm working on, and yes, it's Discworld scenario, surprise surprise. Finally getting some of my Mordheim Frenzied Mob minis done though. Stay tuned. Dunno if you can tell from the picture, but this one is built inside a plastic alarm-clock (which will get a metal & antique make-over later) Nothing fancy: a cork, a mini x-mas tree and some dirt & static grass. Oddly enough the "diorama" I'm most pleased with. And just for laughs and giggles: Gonna add a metal plate on the base saying something like "Smurfs Gone Wild" or something similar. Please note my home-made mushrooms in the right corner. | |

| It's GOOD to see you're still with us, Mr. S.! The new additions are VERY IMAGINATIVE & CREATIVE...not to mention funny. Doing Death in a clock is a GREAT idea...appropriate setting. Granny looks FINE in her natural little setting; mug in hand next to a beer barrel & atop a cork...perfect. The Space Goblins are favorites with moi. You've captured their "shoot'em in the back" philosophy nicely... COOL mushrooms. All VERY WELL DONE! | |

| Tried to make a foam-board wall the tedious way, i.e. I cut every plank and board individually and glued it on a lager piece of foam-board. Not quite sure how it will turn out yet, but it looks okay so far. Never mind the paint job, I'm in the middle of the first drybrush. | |

| This, I believe, will be my first all Mordheim post in this topic. Since I've recently turned 30, I'm looking for new excuses to play, so now I'm actually gonna learn how to play Mordheim and perhaps one day even play it for real. Anyho, here are some of my Mordheim works: A scare crow thingy. Gonna add some guts slithering down the pole and perhaps some chains dangling from the hands. Perhaps the one and only white painted miniature I'm pleased with. Looks better irl though. Two characters of the possessed variety (If I'll play it will probably be as the possessed or the undead). I'm calling them Opie and Dopie. Opie is going to sport a blade where his right hand should be and a stereoid left arm (Ogre style). A monk. Tried to go for a flustered/drunken skintone, not quite sure about it yet. Not really clear on this pic, but this is my first attempt at painting a tartan. This is one of my favourite minis in the entire collection. Sort of looks like me in my younger days. And, out of the blue, a female pirate. Because pirates are cool. | |

| As one of those Guys that think that toy soldiers were meant/have the right to be played with it's good to hear you're going to give it a shot. The new Morheimy stuff looks TERRIFIC. The Mini-You & the Monk are my favorites; AND the Scarecrow from HELL has a lot of potential. Keep'em coming! | |
