Official/Unoffical Warbands

Hey. I have a question about the state of Shadow Warriors in Mordheim. Are they an official warband? I look at places like themordheimer.com and they say that they aren't official anymore, but a guy at my LGS claims that they are. Personally, I hope they aren't. I have just looked over their stats and they seem, hell I'll just say it, unfair. Does anyone know their current state?

I can reassure you Loki, they are unofficial. I mean just look at the stats/price ratio...

It is explicitly stated that Elves are not an official warband.
