creative writing forum

as a writer, i strongly encourage tom to add a creative writing forum to the boring forum.

if needed, i could also act as moderator of said forum, although i'm impartial to the position.

also, i just saw the opinion box....possible to move this there?

I don't think I really understand what you mean by "creative writing forum". There already is the background/fluff section specifically for flavour texts and story-telling.

As cianty pointed out, the Battle Report & Fluff section is the Realm of the Story Teller. Some of the posts are very straight forward, turn-by-turn Battle Reports; however, many are quite nicely written pieces of fiction, graphic novels, or, in at least one instance, poetry. The Boarding House by revlarny is a pure short story.

If you have a Tale to tell, it WOULD be a MOST WELCOME addition to this area. SO...let your creative juices flow, AND may the Muse of Literature smile upon your works.

yea...i noticed the battlereport forum with fluff intertwined thing....personnaly i am not one for quasi fluff-battle report forums....guess i'll live with it.

Lord Marcus, if the fluff section is not what you are looking for, why not post your short stories/essays in the shout it out section?

There you are free to post anything unrelated to Mordheim. Feel free to start your own storytelling thread!

the fluff section is fine. its just....the battle reports being mixed in is not my type of thing. but thats ok, i'll get used to it...

I understand what you mean. But TBMF - although we all love a good read - is more about the visuals than about the written word, i.e. our focus is on painting, modelling, converting and sharing pictures thereof.
