Drakbars Dwarfs

Here's my warband. As being a very lazy painter it took me about 2 years to complete this warband.
Also after finishing my luck in the streets of mordheim has improved greatly because painted minis perform better.

Warband leader Dwarf Noble who usually just blasts with his pistols and avoiding combat



Dwarf Engineer with crossbow





Beardlings with maces and daggers. Usually in the frontline getting killed.



Clanman with 2H weapon for much needed strenght. He also wears heavy armor



Slayers. These nutters usually end up having horrible injuries and loads of skills. Best used in pairs.



Thunderers. My long range fire support. Armed with crossbows and axes.



Thunderer with handgun. Never used him in the streets yet.



Halfling Cook who accompanies my dwarfs. Made from old Halfling hotpot set.

Well the two years it took was TIME WELL SPENT! Proves you can't rush perfection!
The Lads ARE beautifully painted & based AND show a lot of character. GREAT STUFF ! VERY WELL DONE!

Well actually I painted half of the warband in last week while I was sick.
My next project is Marienburgers and I have been converting the captain. I promise that this warband is finished in less than 2 years

I love these guys. Great job my friend. In last game they give me some hard time by taking 4 skavens to out of action, including my boss.

Yellow instead of orange in your slayers hair is a very distinctive mark, but accordingly in tone with the rest of the band's uniforms.

I was gonna say that I love the very different blonde look on the slayers, but mago beat me to it. Great job on that warband. It looks very coherent as a group.

I started something similar some years ago, but that s one of the projects I never finished..
two years is far better than never finishing at all
