| I started painting miniatures 2 years ago but I have only had my own things to paint for maybe a year or so. The first thing I said when I looked at the shelf with paint at our local hobbystore was: PINK!! I want that one!!!! But I never bought it because I didn't know what to use it for Last month they had a sale and there it was - Tentacle Pink, 50% off - Woohooo!!! So I bought that and a whole bunch of inks that I don't know what to do with (especially red and yellow ink that has aprox the same color as the red I use so it never works at its own ) But now I have a problem, I have a paint that I have no use for, so I need ideas for what to use it for I try to come up with excuses to use it and I actually used it at my mutants tentacles, but now then???? So help me out, good ideas and bad ideas alike, I appreciate them just as much (I even thought aboyut making a pink orc ) | |

| The pinks I have, especially mauve, are mostly used as a dry brush on dark or wine reds. Pink dry brushed with white or as a wash over white has a certain spooky quaility to it. The red ink would be a good wash/glaze for an orange base color or over copper. I've had a bottle of yellow ink hanging around for a couple of decades & NEVER found a use for. | |

| I use red ink as blood on weapons and wounds. It's applied after the area is painted. I find that it gives the blood a nice sticky wet feel. As for the pink, I don't know, I usually just mix red an white, but since you have it I'd say use it on tongues, gums, and ... well tentacles. I didn't know GW made a yellow ink, but if I had some, and if I played Skaven(Ash), then I would use it to paint the pool of urine cause by fear causing models. I hope this was a bit helpful. |

| Hahaha!
Tentacle pink... I have one pot that I use occasionally. When using the red ink for blood, use a bit of brown ink or watered brown paint to give it the darker colour of true blood. Just red ink looks like poor Hollywood effects. I use the yellow ink on my Imperial Fists Space Marines. Anything that you want really, really bright yellow. | |

| Wow.....that is very....pink Nice work, love the creativity. The Ogre reminds me of the Monarchs wife on Venture Brothers for some odd reason though. | |

| Nice paintjobs! But the idea of basing a gaming team on a porno (assuming they are Playboy Bunnies) is a bit strange to me.... | |

| I just think it's strange to advertise your tastes in reading so directly, but I do come from a very old fashioned upbringing. | |

| That could be a huge discussion without a problem. I think that it depends a lot on the upbringing and the culture. I find it very interesting how different lives people live across the world. | |

| To explain the bunnygirls, some of the guys at my gaming club decided to order some of the female gridiron teams from Shadowforge. We all chose different teams - but the humans and elves had already been chosen before I got mine. It was either the bunnygirls or go for the nuns or orcs! Anyway - enough off topic chat. They're just shown as a suggestion for use for pink paint | |

| you could just paint all your warbands as though they've spent way too much time in the sun (read: tentacle pink as skincolour) | |
