Ultramarines WIP 4th company

This is my WIP 4th company, still have tons to make.

so far i think i have (with stuff still to be built)

60 tact marines
15 assault marines
40 termies - assorted
5 dreadnaughts
3 land raiders - 2 norm, 1 redeemer
5 rhinos
5 vanguard vets
10 sternguard vets
4 speeders
6 bikes
2 atk bikes
4 captains
5 honour guard
20 scouts with sgt Til
1 whirlwind
1 razorback
1 predator
25 extra marines (going to carry more heavy weapons to allow me options)
assorted heroes / chaplains / librarians
20 devastator marines
1 vindicator

You WEREN'T kidding; from the list, you've got the WHOLE BLEEDING company. Well, if you're going to go Vanilla, might as well do it ALL THE WAY. This IS going to be an impressive collection; ergo, keep posting progress reports [or .ELSE! ].

i'm thinking of a diy chapter for anothe rmarine army onc this is done, very assaulty.

OH YEAH! Actually I thought you meant something shiny IN the case. I CAN be SO dense!

their still in base colours really, chapter mrkings will go on once i'm happy, and if you think thats alot fo termies you'll cry once i'm done. i think i have 50-60 total.

You might laso notice some imeprial guard guys appearing, one could almost say they look like their from a gang or warband

Duce is the Apocalspe Kid, but 50 to 60 Terminators MIGHT require some psychological counciling. Nice stuff, my Crazy Irish Friend; WELL DONE!

long overdue update:


The Almost complete Battle company.





I believe it is missing just a drednaught.

Think i've 5 snipers and a rocket launcher guy + few more and i'm finished with scouts for good.



The Armoury so far



Will have 3 more landraiders (1 norm, 1 crusader, 1 redeemer) another vindi, another whirlwind joining them.

another 6 bikers to be built still.



The entire chapter so far.







You can see the battle company on the right side of the setup, infront of them are the bikes with scouts infront again. there are my extra sgt's with other weapon configs and spare heavy/special weapon troops to their left in the setup, middle of the lot are the extra assault marines and extra 7 assault marine sgts for choice of wargear.

Bheing them are my two chaplains and behind thema gain (Underchair) are the four captain options i have for 4th company.

To the left side of te setup you can see the first company with a landraider and drop pod. In front of them is the 1st company libarian, my deafnala lysander standin and a 1st compant captain.

Can pop upmore pics of the other parts not already up if people want.

If you ask me, and I'm no Astartes Tactician, that is a LOT of firepower to conquer Carpet-World. Especially since it seems undefended.

In all seriousness, I think you need some to be referred to be canonized as a Saint. I love painting, but there is no chance I could do so much in such cool and composed manner. I think you hate blue now! The most I have painted at a time was 30 Eldar Ulthue Guardians for sale... you, my friend, are a master.

thanks for the complements, their not anything special painting wise but i oed the ultras from sinc ei was 16, felt I had to get some painted.

Scarily i still love painting them, the blue is nice and the scheme is simple enough to paint up. Just want to finish them so i can do the few units the Eldar army needs done then I can make a 3rd army.

finally an update,

These are taken sept odd, so more has been done but not in pics, i'm almost at the end finally of the army, (60 more troops, 25 bikers and speeders, 4-5 vehicles)

You CERTAINLY have been a BUSY Lad...VERY IMPRESSIVE! It's nice to see my Deathwatch have such a nice home. WELL DONE!

Oh... My... That is one awsome Army... i mean... The Amount... Its expected but... What the f... And the boards... I mean they are good... Very good In my Opinion... hmm i give it a... 8/10 because the think your Imperial Guard look... Well to my eyes they are not appealling but if other people object thats fine i'm not always right but i just don't like them... IMO I would add another colour in that mix or If it WAS my army i would just paint them cadian... Simply because they arn't the focus of the army... But thats my opinion so say what you want... and do want you want...
