I want to start a Strigoi warband from Kazak Azgal supplement. But it seems that the vampire doesn't have any "vampire" rules; no pain, cause fear etc.
Is this right or am I blind?

Seems like an oversight to me. The vampire is a vampire, & should get the same 'undead' rules as the rulebook vampire.
