Skaven spell Eye of the Warp

Hi. Me and my friends are in a conflit with the Eye of the Warp spell the spell say: All standing models in base contact with the Sorcerer must take an immediate Leadership test. If
they fail, they each suffer a Strength 3 hit and must run 2D6" directly away from the Sorcerer,
exactly as if they had lost their nerve when fighting against more than one opponent.
So my question  is, is this spell à mind effet spell or not because every spell that is mind effect say poeple immune to psychologie are unaffected by the spell for exemple Dread of Aramar:A single model within 12" of the wizard must pass a Leadership test or flee 2D6" directly away from
him. If he flees, he must test at the start of each of his own movement phases and will continue to
flee until he passes a test. Note that this spell does not affect Undead or any model immune to
fear.

RAW immune to psychology does not make you immune to spells unless the spell says something like 'causes fear' or 'immune to fear is not affected' or something along those lines. If the model in question says something like 'auto-passes all ld tests' then they would, of course, be immune.

Possibly it was an oversight and they *intended* to make those immune to fear immune to the spell, but they haven't.

For what it is worth, in my group we play it as RAW and the spell is not overpowered at all. Indeed, it is only ever cast if the caster literally has no other option. YMMV.
