Nice wagon.
I was going to comment on how low the yoke(?) was, but then I saw an pic of West Wind's Gypsy Wagon and their yoke is nearly the same height. Adding a suspension would raise the yoke and provided a smoother ride. (Of course, if I remember that cart right, the axles are cast to the body of the cart...)

Great looking wagon. I like how you made the base for the horse removable so you can use the horse elsewhere.
