Hello from Minneapolis, MN

Hello!

I am starting a Carnival of Chaos army and our little Mordheim group (6 players) here has become quite enamored with Mordheim over the last couple months.

I come from 5 years of playing Warhammer Fantasy. I started with Bretonnia early on, played Skaven for about 3 years and then moved on to Daemons of Chaos the last year.

I have already started working on my lore as I started a battle report entitled "Red from the Pit" in this forum.

My Carnival of Chaos army is in process, I own most of the models I hope to use. I still need to figure out what to use for my master and I am currently building a plague cart. I am also going to build a few extra warbands to help friends get into the hobby that haven't played with miniatures before.

I am also looking into getting some Hirst Arts blocks to create a Mordheim environment emulating many of the awesome displays I have seen in this forum. In fact, it is the scenery in this forum that interested me in getting into the community.

If anyone is in the area, I would love to meet up and learn more about the hobby!

Looking forward to hear about your Carnival of Plagueness! Can understand your interest in Daemons, they're simply just awesome!

How nice of you to assist with warbands. I had a friend assist me as well, and that really helped me on the way, so I hope they'll appreciate it too!

Hey Paul,
Good to see another guy from the Cities area on the forum. (Zab being the other one.) I was just at Fort Snelling back in August for my nephew's wedding. How's the weather? My nieces and nephews have been complaining about the cold since Thanksgiving.
